1. Service

Medly System provides software and communication-related services to businesses and authorized users. Features may include:

  • Account management

  • Notifications
  • SMS communications
  • WhatsApp communications
  • Voice communications

Available features may vary depending on the user’s subscription, account configuration, or region.

2. User Responsibilities

Users must:

Users may not use Medly System for:

  • Fraud
  • Phishing
  • Harassment
  • Illegal communications
  • Deceptive messaging
  • Unauthorized marketing

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

4. Third-Party Services

Medly System may integrate with third-party providers, including communications, cloud, payment, authentication, and infrastructure providers.

Use of those services may also be subject to the applicable provider’s terms and policies.

5. Availability

We aim to maintain reliable service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Temporary interruptions may occur because of:

  • Maintenance
  • Security updates
  • Infrastructure failures
  • Third-party provider outages
  • Technical issues
  • Events outside our reasonable control

6. Account Suspension

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access if an account:

  • Violates these Terms
  • Creates security risks
  • Engages in fraudulent activity
  • Sends abusive or unsolicited communications
  • Violates applicable law
  • Misuses third-party communications services

7. Intellectual Property

The Medly System platform, branding, software, interfaces, and related materials are owned by or licensed to Housen Swaed, unless otherwise stated.

Users may not copy, reproduce, reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the platform except where explicitly authorized.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Medly System and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from use or inability to use the platform.

9. Changes to the Service

We may modify, improve, add, remove, or discontinue features when necessary.

Material changes affecting users may be communicated through the platform or other appropriate channels.
